Oct 25, 2024
Boston – Oct 25, 2024. Singulr AI has raised $5 million in a Seed funding round led by ACE Ventures and including investments from 840 Venture Partners, Y Combinator and F2 Venture Capital.
Singulr AI founded by Israeli entrepreneurs Tal Barmeir and Guy Arieli and headquartered in Massachusett, has developed autonomous human-like virtual testers operated by AI. The startup’s platform provides an essentially infinite pool of human-like testers that can be integrated into the development process, allowing companies to allocate higher value work to their human workforce.
Founders Barmeir and Arieli previously founded Experitest, acquired by TPG for tens of millions of dollars in 2020.
Singulr AI leverages generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) to enhance its operations. The AI test engineer comprehends requirements and autonomously creates and maintains test automation code using Playwright. With multilingual capabilities, the AI can operate in over 50 languages, boosting efficiency for websites and apps across various sectors including banking, travel, airlines, retail, and more.
This funding round will enable Singulr AI to establish new offices in the U.S. and expand its workforce beyond the current 15 employees.
"We are excited to receive funding from leading investors that will allow us to expand operations in the U.S.," said Barmeir."Singulr AI supports the software development industry by removing bottlenecks in test automation and providing developers with instant feedback. This investment will support further market expansion and strengthen our position in the field of AI-driven autonomous software testing."
